The Manager's Report on the pre-draft consultation process has been
submitted to the County and Borough Councillors. An addendum to this
report was published on the 3rd December 2012, which is now available here:

The Manager’s Report was considered at the County Council meeting held on
the 3rd December. The Borough Council
will continue consideration of the Report at the Borough Council meeting on
the 10th December.
At these meetings the Councillors consider the Manager’s Report. The
Councillors may then issue directions to the Manager regarding the
preparation of the Draft Development Plans. These directions might consist
of concerns that Councillors would like to see addressed or policies or
objectives that Councillors would like to see incorporated into the Draft
Plans.
